Who we are
Gyanguru Consultancy LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India on 24 December 2023 (LLPIN ACE-5076). We help Indian and overseas companies plan, launch and run businesses in India.
Our name joins two Sanskrit words: gyan, knowledge, and guru, the one who guides. It is the promise we make to clients: real knowledge of how business works here, and someone beside you while you use it.
For some clients we go further and run their Indian operations day to day. For Timefolk, we handle payments, GST invoicing, partner payouts and member support in India.

Every engagement is staffed and run the same way, so you always know who is responsible.
Engagement lead
One senior person owns your engagement from the first meeting to the last report. They agree the scope, run the weekly check-in and are accountable for the result.

Working with partners
Gyanguru is a consulting and operations firm. We are not a firm of chartered accountants, company secretaries or lawyers, and we do not give statutory audit, tax or legal opinions.
Chartered accountants
Your CA files returns, audits accounts and advises on tax. We keep the records and operations that feed their work complete and on time.
Lawyers and company secretaries
Contracts, registrations and legal opinions come from licensed professionals. We prepare the brief, gather documents and keep the process moving.
Technology vendors
We select and manage engineering teams, cloud providers, payment gateways and software vendors, and hold them to written deliverables.
Your own team
We work inside your team, not around it, and train your people so the work continues after we step back.
Quality and confidentiality
Confidentiality
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before confidential information is shared. Client information is used only for the engagement it was given for.
Data handling
Personal data is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: collected only when needed, kept only as long as needed, and shared only with approved processors.
Access controls
Access to client systems uses named accounts with the least access needed, two-step sign-in where available, and removal when the engagement ends.
Review
Important deliverables are checked by a second person before they reach you, and every engagement closes with a review of what worked.
