Working with us: common questions
How do your fees work?
Every engagement starts with a written proposal: a fixed fee for a defined project, a day rate for advisory time, or a monthly retainer for operations we run. Nothing is charged until you accept it, and GST is added as applicable.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of an accepted proposal. Urgent work, such as a payment gateway application or a launch date, can often start sooner.
Do you work with overseas companies?
Yes. We help overseas companies plan their entry into India, coordinate setup with Indian chartered accountants and lawyers, and act as their local operating team.
Who owns the deliverables?
You do. Reports, models, documents and code we create for you become yours once fees for that work are paid.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before any confidential information is shared, and our terms of business include confidentiality as standard.
