AI and automation

AI pays off when it is aimed at real work: answering customers, reading documents, checking invoices, forecasting demand. We find the use cases worth doing, build them with proven models and tools, and put the right controls around data privacy under the DPDP Act.

What we deliver

  • AI opportunity assessment and roadmap
  • Customer support and sales assistants on web and WhatsApp
  • Document, invoice and KYC data extraction
  • Internal knowledge assistants over your policies and files
  • Workflow automation between your existing tools
  • Forecasting and analytics
  • AI governance, data privacy and vendor review
  • Training for your team and handover
Explore AI and automation

Overview

Most companies do not need an AI strategy deck. They need two or three tasks that take hours every week to take minutes instead, done safely. We start from the work your team actually does, pick the use cases with a clear payback, and build working tools quickly.

Everything we build keeps a person in charge of decisions that matter, logs what the system did, and keeps your data inside agreed boundaries. When a use case is not ready for AI, we tell you and suggest the simpler fix.

Challenges we solve

  • Support teams answering the same questions all day
  • Invoices, forms and KYC documents read and typed in by hand
  • Pilots that impress in a demo but never reach production
  • Uncertainty about what data can be sent to AI vendors
  • No way to tell whether an AI tool is actually saving time

How we work

  1. Assess

We map tasks, data and risks, and rank use cases by value and effort.

    1 to 2 weeks
  2. Prototype

A working version on real, approved data that your team can try.

    2 weeks
  3. Deploy

Integration with your systems, access controls, monitoring and training.

    3 to 6 weeks
  4. Govern and improve

Monthly review of quality, cost and risk, with improvements shipped.

    Ongoing

Tools and technology

  • OpenAI and Anthropic models
  • Open-source LLMs
  • Vector databases
  • Python
  • n8n and Zapier
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

What we measure

  • Hours saved per week
  • Support response time
  • Share of queries resolved without a person
  • Document processing time
  • Error and correction rate
  • Cost per task

Questions clients ask

Will our data be used to train AI models?

No, not without your written consent. We use enterprise settings and vendors that do not train on your data, and we document where data goes.

How quickly can we see something working?

A prototype on your own approved data usually takes about two weeks after the assessment.

Do we need a data science team?

No. We build and run the tools, train your team to use them, and hand over as much or as little as you want.

Strategy and growth

We help founders and leadership teams decide where to focus and how to grow. Every recommendation comes with the numbers behind it and a plan someone can act on on Monday.

What we deliver

  • Market sizing and competitor mapping
  • Customer research and interviews
  • Business plans and financial models
  • Pricing and unit economics
  • Growth and go-to-market strategy
  • New city or segment expansion plans
  • Board and investor material
  • Quarterly strategy reviews

Overview

Good strategy is a short list of choices: which customers, which offer, which price, which channels, and what not to do. We do the research and the modelling to make those choices with evidence, not opinion.

The output is always practical: a model you can update, a plan with owners and dates, and material you can take to your board, lenders or investors.

Challenges we solve

  • Growth has slowed and the reason is unclear
  • Pricing set once and never revisited
  • Several growth ideas competing for the same budget
  • Investors or lenders asking for a credible plan and model
  • Expansion into new cities or segments without data

How we work

  1. Diagnose

Interviews, data review and a clear statement of the questions to answer.

    1 to 2 weeks
  2. Research and model

Market, customer and competitor work with a working financial model.

    2 to 4 weeks
  3. Decide

Options compared side by side, with a recommendation and its trade-offs.

    1 week
  4. Plan

A 90-day and 12-month plan with owners, budgets and measures.

    1 to 2 weeks

Tools and technology

  • Excel and Google Sheets models
  • Customer interviews and surveys
  • Public market and company data
  • Looker Studio and Power BI

What we measure

  • Revenue growth by segment
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Contribution margin
  • Payback period
  • Retention and repeat purchase

Questions clients ask

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes. For early teams we keep the scope small and the output practical: a model, a pricing view and a launch plan.

Will we own the financial model?

Yes. Models and plans are handed over in editable form once fees are paid.

Can you present to our board or investors?

Yes, alongside your team, if the engagement includes it.

India market entry

Entering India means choosing the right legal structure, opening banking and payment rails, finding partners and hiring locally. We plan the whole route and coordinate every step with your lawyers and accountants.

What we deliver

  • Entry strategy and structure options
  • Company or LLP setup coordination
  • Bank accounts and payment gateway onboarding
  • GST and compliance setup with your CA
  • Local partner and vendor search
  • Office, hiring and payroll setup support
  • Launch plan for the first 12 months
  • Interim local operations

Overview

India rewards companies that arrive prepared. The structure you pick affects tax, banking, payment gateways and how fast you can hire. We lay out the options in plain terms and help you choose the one that fits your plans.

Then we coordinate the setup with your chartered accountants and lawyers, and stay on as your local team until you are ready to run it yourself. Legal and tax advice always comes from licensed professionals; we manage the work around it.

Challenges we solve

  • Choosing between a subsidiary, LLP, branch or partner model
  • Opening bank accounts and payment gateways from abroad
  • Understanding GST, TDS and e-commerce rules before launch
  • Finding trustworthy local partners and vendors
  • Running India day to day without a local team yet

How we work

  1. Scope

Your goals, products and timelines, and the questions the structure must answer.

    1 week
  2. Choose the route

Structure, tax and banking options compared with your advisers.

    2 to 3 weeks
  3. Set up

Registrations, bank and gateway accounts, contracts and vendors in place.

    4 to 10 weeks
  4. Launch and run

Go-live support and local operations until your team takes over.

    Ongoing

Tools and technology

  • MCA and GST portals
  • Razorpay, PayU and Cashfree
  • Zoho and Tally
  • Indian banking platforms

What we measure

  • Time to first sale in India
  • Setup milestones met on schedule
  • Payment success rate
  • Compliance filings on time

Questions clients ask

Do you form companies or give legal advice?

No. Registrations, legal and tax advice are done by licensed CAs, company secretaries and lawyers. We plan and coordinate the work with them.

Can you be our local team at first?

Yes. As operating partner we can run payments, invoicing, vendors and support in India until you hire.

How long does market entry take?

It depends on the structure and approvals; we give a written timeline at the start.

Operations and process

Good strategy fails on weak operations. We design processes, set up the tools and vendors, and can run the operation for you until your own team is ready to take over.

What we deliver

  • Process mapping and redesign
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Customer support setup and service levels
  • Vendor selection and contracts
  • Operating dashboards and monthly reports
  • Quality checks and escalation paths
  • Team structure and training
  • Interim operations management

Overview

Operations is where customers feel a business. We map how work really flows today, remove the steps that add delay or errors, and write processes your team can follow without us.

Where it helps, we run the operation ourselves for a period: support desk, vendor management, reporting. We hand over with documentation, training and clear measures.

Challenges we solve

  • Work that depends on one or two people knowing how
  • Customer complaints that take too long to resolve
  • Vendors without clear service levels
  • No regular view of how the business is performing
  • Growth that adds cost faster than revenue

How we work

  1. Map

Walk through how work is done today, with the people who do it.

    1 to 2 weeks
  2. Redesign

Simpler processes, clear owners and the tools to support them.

    2 to 3 weeks
  3. Implement

Roll out, train the team and set the measures.

    3 to 6 weeks
  4. Run or hand over

We operate for an agreed period or hand over with support.

    Ongoing

Tools and technology

  • Freshdesk and Zoho Desk
  • Google Workspace
  • Notion and Confluence
  • Looker Studio

What we measure

  • Support response and resolution time
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Cost per order or session
  • On-time delivery
  • Process error rate

Questions clients ask

Can you run our customer support?

Yes, as an interim or ongoing operating partner, with agreed service levels and reporting.

Will our team be able to run the process without you?

Yes. Every process is documented and the team is trained before we step back.

Do you replace our staff?

No. We strengthen your team and fill gaps while you hire.

Finance and compliance operations

We run the finance operations that keep a business compliant: GST invoicing, collections, payouts and the filing calendar. Statutory audit, tax and legal opinions stay with your chartered accountant and lawyers, and we work closely with them.

What we deliver

  • GST invoicing and credit notes
  • Payment gateway onboarding and settlement reconciliation
  • Collections and payout operations
  • TCS and TDS records for marketplaces
  • Compliance calendar and filing coordination with your CA
  • Monthly management accounts packs
  • Expense and vendor payment controls
  • Audit preparation support

Overview

Most compliance problems start in daily operations: an invoice issued wrongly, a refund without a credit note, a payout not matched to a collection. We set up and run these operations so your books are clean when your CA closes them.

We are not a CA firm. We work with your chartered accountant, who signs off filings and gives tax advice, and we make their work faster by keeping records complete and on time.

Challenges we solve

  • Invoices and credit notes that do not match GST rules
  • Payment gateway settlements that are hard to reconcile
  • Payouts to sellers or partners tracked in spreadsheets
  • Missed filing dates and late fees
  • Month-end that takes weeks instead of days

How we work

  1. Review

Current invoicing, collections, payouts and records, with your CA.

    1 week
  2. Design

Invoice formats, approval steps, reconciliation and the filing calendar.

    1 to 2 weeks
  3. Set up

Tools, integrations and templates in place and tested.

    2 to 4 weeks
  4. Run

    Monthly operations, reconciliations and reports.

    Ongoing

Tools and technology

  • Tally
  • Zoho Books
  • GST portal
  • Razorpay
  • Cashfree
  • Google Sheets

What we measure

  • Days to close the month
  • Unreconciled transactions
  • Invoices issued on time
  • Filings made by the due date
  • Days sales outstanding

Questions clients ask

Are you a chartered accountancy firm?

No. Your chartered accountant files returns, audits and advises on tax. We run the operations and records that feed their work.

Can you work with our existing CA?

Yes. That is how we prefer to work.

Can you set up our payment gateway?

Yes. We prepare the documents and website pages gateways ask for and manage the application with you.

Technology and digital

From a first website to a full platform, we help you pick the right technology, build it with trusted teams and keep it running. We run live platforms for clients, so we know where projects go wrong.

What we deliver

  • Technology strategy and roadmaps
  • Website and web app delivery
  • Mobile app delivery for iOS and Android
  • Cloud setup, security and backups
  • Payments, invoicing and CRM integration
  • Data and reporting dashboards
  • Vendor selection and build management
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

Overview

Technology projects fail when the brief is vague, the vendor is wrong or nobody owns the result. We write a clear brief, choose the right build approach, and manage delivery to a working product.

We care about the parts that are easy to forget: payments, invoices, data protection, backups, monitoring and who fixes things at 2 am.

Challenges we solve

  • A website or app that is slow, outdated or hard to change
  • Vendors who overrun on cost and time
  • Systems that do not talk to each other
  • Payments and invoices handled outside the product
  • No clear view of security and data protection

How we work

  1. Discover

Users, requirements and constraints, written as a clear brief.

    1 to 2 weeks
  2. Design

Architecture, screens and a delivery plan with costs.

    2 to 3 weeks
  3. Build

Development in short cycles with regular demos.

    6 to 16 weeks
  4. Launch and support

Go-live, monitoring and a support plan.

    Ongoing

Tools and technology

  • React
  • Node.js
  • Flutter
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud
  • Razorpay and Stripe integrations
  • Zoho and HubSpot

What we measure

  • Page speed and uptime
  • Conversion rate
  • Release frequency
  • Time to fix issues
  • Running cost per month

Questions clients ask

Do you build in-house or with partners?

Both. We lead the project and work with trusted engineering teams, choosing the right one for the job.

Who owns the code?

You do, once fees are paid, along with access to every account and repository.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. We start with a technical review and a plan to stabilise it.

Platforms and marketplaces

Marketplaces have their own rules in India: e-commerce operator registration, TCS, payouts to many sellers and strict grievance timelines. We design these and help you run them.

What we deliver

  • E-commerce operator and GST setup with your CA
  • Seller, host and partner onboarding
  • Verification and quality checks
  • Payouts and TCS operations
  • Trust, safety and grievance desk
  • Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
  • Partner and affiliate programmes
  • City launch playbooks

Overview

A marketplace in India has to collect from buyers, pay many sellers or providers, collect TCS, issue the right invoices and run a grievance desk on fixed timelines. Getting any of these wrong can stop payments.

We design the full operating model with you: payments, GST invoicing, payouts and member support, and help your team run it.

Challenges we solve

  • Registering and operating as an e-commerce operator
  • Paying out many sellers or hosts accurately and on time
  • TCS, TDS and invoice rules for marketplace transactions
  • Trust, safety and grievance timelines under Indian rules
  • Growing supply and demand together in new cities

How we work

  1. Assess

Your marketplace model, flows of money and the rules that apply.

    1 to 2 weeks
  2. Set up

Registrations, gateway, invoicing, payout and support processes.

    3 to 6 weeks
  3. Launch

Onboard the first sellers or hosts and open to customers.

    2 to 4 weeks
  4. Operate

Daily operations, monthly reports and continuous improvement.

    Ongoing

Tools and technology

  • Razorpay Route and Cashfree Payouts
  • GST portal
  • Zoho Desk
  • Identity verification providers

What we measure

  • Payout accuracy and timeliness
  • Grievances resolved within timelines
  • Refund and dispute rate
  • Active sellers or hosts
  • Repeat customers

Questions clients ask

Can you act as our operating partner in India?

Yes, under a written agreement that sets out what we run and how money flows.

Do you handle grievance officer duties?

We run the grievance desk and timelines for the operations we manage, as agreed in the contract.

Which payment gateways do you work with?

We work with RBI-authorised aggregators such as Razorpay, PayU and Cashfree, and choose based on your model.
